Please remember our cancellation policy:

To hold your reservation we require a 50 % deposit toward the total room charge including the 16% tax. The balance must be paid in full 30 days prior to your arrival.

You can make all payments with any major credit cards via Paypal.

We do have a 3 day minimum stay policy. However we are willing to work with our guests during low season. If you do not book 3 days or more, there is a $25 cleaning fee added to the reservation amount.

Christmas and New Years week, we have a 7 day stay policy.

Should you need to change or cancel a reservation, you are required to notify Las Palmas Tropicales 3 weeks prior to your arrival date. There is a 20% cancellation fee of the entire booking. In the event of a cancellation within 3 weeks before the reservation date, NO REFUND will be given unless your accommodations are rebooked. The 20% cancellation fee still applies. Guests are required to pay all nights reserved.

If a refund is due back to the guest we ask for a 30-day turn around time to allow available funds in the Paypal account.

July - October is our official hurricane season.

If you choose to travel during these months, we will not be responsible for refunds due to bad weather.

Due to the limited number of rentals here at the beach, we do ask that our guests read and honor our policy before committing to a reservation.
